Verification

A pending driver cannot see a single route

Approval is not automatic and it is not instant. A person opens every document and reads it before that driver can bid on your child's route — and there is a second gate after that.

Questions

Things parents ask us first

How do you actually verify a driver?
Every driver uploads their CNIC, driving licence and vehicle registration, plus a photo of the number plate. A member of our team opens each document and either approves it, rejects it, or asks the driver for a clearer copy. Until that passes, the driver's account stays Pending and they cannot see or bid on a single route. After approval they still have to set the areas they cover and upload photos of the van before the feed opens.
What can I actually see while my child is travelling?
The driver marks each child picked up and dropped off, for the morning leg and the afternoon leg. Each tap sends you a notification. While a child is aboard you can open Track Van Driveron the contract and see the van's last position on a map, refreshed about once a minute.
What happens after my 15 free days end?
The app keeps working — you can still post routes, compare offers, chat and manage contracts. What pauses is the pickup and drop-off notifications and the live map. Both come back as soon as a plan is active on your account.
Do I have to accept the first offer I get?
No. Offers stay open and you can take as long as you need. Compare the price, the vehicle, the driver's rating and their reviews, and message any of them before deciding. You can also send a counter-price back to a driver, who answers by re-submitting at that figure.
Is there any charge for drivers?
None. Registration, verification, browsing routes and submitting offers are all free, and Vano takes no commission. Drivers keep the full amount they agree with the parent.
I have three children at two different schools. Does that work?
Yes. Add each child with their own school — pinned on a map — class and weekly timings. You can post one route covering several children going the same way, or separate routes handled by different drivers. Everything stays in one account.
What if I'm unhappy with a driver mid-term?
You can end the contract from the driver's profile in the app, and post the route again. If the problem is serious, contact support: our admin team can suspend or block that driver, which removes them from every job feed immediately.
