The trial starts by itself

Fifteen days from the day you register, with every alert switched on. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel.

Pay by card in the app

Open Subscription in the app, choose Monthly or Yearly, and pay on the secure card page. Your plan switches on as soon as the payment clears. Our support team can also activate a plan by hand if you would rather arrange it that way.

Pricing questions

How does the 15-day free period work?
It starts the day you register, automatically. During those 15 days every pickup and drop-off alert is on and the live map is open. When it ends, both pause and the rest of the app keeps working exactly as before.
Do I pay per child?
Yes. The price on each card buys one child's place, and the app multiplies it by how many children are on your account before you pay. The plan then records exactly which children it covers, so there is never a question later about who was paid for.
How do I pay?
From Subscription in the parent app. Pick a plan and you are taken to a secure card page; the plan activates when the payment clears. If the payment is interrupted nothing is charged and nothing is activated — start again when you are ready. Support can also activate a plan manually.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your children, routes, contracts and chats all remain. The pickup and drop-off alerts and the live map pause, until a plan is active again.
Is there anything drivers have to pay?
No. There is no registration fee, no subscription and no commission for drivers. The monthly amount agreed with a parent goes to the driver in full.
I added a child after subscribing. Are they covered?
Coverage is fixed at the moment of purchase, so a child added later is not on that plan. Their alerts start when you next subscribe or renew, and the app shows on the contract which children currently have alerts running.
