Vano

Service Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

VANO is a digital school transportation platform. We do not ordinarily ship physical products to customers. Accordingly, traditional shipping and delivery terms do not apply to VANO’s digital services.

1. Digital Service Delivery

When you purchase a VANO subscription or other digital service, access is generally provided electronically through the VANO application or website.

After successful payment and account activation, the applicable features should become available to the user’s account.

No physical product is normally shipped.

2. Transportation Services

VANO connects parents/guardians with school van drivers.

Transportation services may include:

  • School pick-up
  • School drop-off
  • Pick-up and drop-off notifications
  • Driver/parent communication
  • Transportation requests
  • Location/map features
  • Other transportation-related services offered through VANO

Actual transportation is performed by the relevant school van driver and is subject to the arrangement, schedule, route, availability, and agreement between the parent/guardian and driver.

3. Driver Availability

VANO does not guarantee that a driver will always be available for a particular route, school, time, or location.

Availability may depend on:

  • Driver location
  • Vehicle capacity
  • Route
  • Schedule
  • Number of available seats
  • Driver acceptance
  • Parent requirements

4. Service Interruptions

VANO aims to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may occasionally be affected by:

  • Internet outages
  • Mobile network problems
  • GPS limitations
  • Mapping service interruptions
  • Device issues
  • Server maintenance
  • Third-party service failures
  • Technical problems
  • Circumstances beyond VANO’s reasonable control

5. GPS and Location Accuracy

VANO may use GPS and mapping services to provide transportation-related location information.

Location information may not always be perfectly accurate because GPS accuracy can be affected by device settings, network coverage, buildings, weather, and other technical conditions.

Users should not rely solely on the application’s location information for emergency situations.

6. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Notifications

VANO may provide notifications when a child is picked up or dropped off.

Notifications depend on the driver’s use of the application, internet connectivity, device availability, GPS/location services, and other technical factors.

VANO cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered immediately or successfully.

7. Service Area

VANO’s services may initially be available only in selected cities, areas, schools, or routes.

Service availability may expand or change over time.

8. Delays and Missed Trips

VANO is a technology platform and does not directly control traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, driver availability, or other circumstances that may cause delays.

Parents and drivers should communicate directly regarding significant delays or changes to transportation arrangements.

9. Customer Support

If you experience a problem with VANO, contact our support team with relevant details, including:

  • Your name
  • Registered phone number
  • Date and approximate time of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Screenshots or other relevant information, where available

Email: help@vano.pk

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to service-related complaints.

10. Physical Products

If VANO later introduces physical products, such as vehicle stickers, merchandise, cards, or other products, separate shipping and delivery terms may apply to those products.

11. Policy Changes

VANO may update this Service Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on the VANO website or application.
